Refund Policy

The general rules governing the activities of online stores are established in the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

If the buyer wants to return the product of proper quality within the set time, he must provide the seller with a request for the return of the product with the product itself and documents.

The Seller (Visit Ukraine) must make sure that the Buyer complies with the conditions established by law.

The refund (provided the buyer complies with the requirements of the law on the return of goods) must be made no later than 10 days after the seller receives the corresponding request. The amount paid by the buyer for the goods, excluding the costs of returning the goods, is subject to return.

If the goods were paid for by bank card - refunds for goods or services paid for by bank card are made only to the card of the customer who paid for the goods.

Payment of cash when returning goods paid for by bank cards is prohibited and is a gross violation.

If at the time of returning the goods, the client's card has ceased to be valid (lost, expired, returned to the bank), the return can be transferred to another card of the same client, or to a bank account at the request of the client. In this case, the refund is carried out in a semi-manual mode, which increases the refund period to a month.
